Q + A
When should I RSVP by?
We would kindly ask that you RSVP on our website by December 12th, 2025.
What day should I arrive for the wedding?
While we have an itinerary planned in Orlando leading up to the wedding, you can arrive on what day works best for you and your family!
We ask that the wedding party be available Wednesday March 11th, for a ceremony rehearsal at Paradise Cove.
Do I need to attend every event on the itinerary?
The itinerary is open to all our guests to join us and have some fun leading up to the wedding. However, please do not feel obligated to attend the events on the itinerary. We will be overjoyed just to see you on our wedding day!
Do I need a REAL ID to fly to Florida?
Please note that anyone flying domestically will now be required to have a REAL ID or another form of compliant identification such as an Enhanced ID or Passport.
What website should I use to buy my plane tickets? What airport should I fly into?
We prefer to use Google flights to purchase our plane tickets, as we believe that site to be affordable and easy to use, but feel free to use any website!
MCO is the primary airport to fly into Orlando, Florida.
Should I book a rental car?
This will ultimately depend on what works best for you and your family. If you're primarily visiting Disney World and staying at a Disney resort, you can rely on their complimentary transportation system. However, if you plan to explore other areas of Orlando, visit beaches, or venture outside of the theme park bubble, a rental car is highly recommended for convenience and flexibility. There are numerous rental companies at both the MCO airport as well as throughout Orlando. If you plan on renting a car, please be aware there are tolls throughout the highways in Florida (most tolls use E-ZPass).
There is also the option of using Uber or Lyft if you decide a rental car is not needed.
Are there reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Yes, we currently have a room block at the Hilton Vacation Club Polynesian Isles Kissimmee. If you would prefer to stay at a different hotel or an Airbnb, please feel free to stay at a different location!
You can click on the travel tab for more information.
Is there transportation to/from the venue on the wedding day?

Does the venue have free parking? Can I leave my car overnight?

Is the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the same venue?
Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Paradise Cove starting at 6pm.
What time should I arrive at the venue for the wedding ceremony?
We kindly ask that our guests arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony start time of 6pm.
We would ask our wedding party to please arrive at Paradise Cove at 11am to begin getting ready.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. Guests will still have access to the entire venue during the reception, including the beach and dock. Be sure to check the weather in Orlando leading up to the wedding so you can dress accordingly!
What is the dress code?
Formal attire is recommended for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony? Can I post wedding photos on social media?

If posting online, you can use our hashtag #KennedyEverAfter so we can view everyone’s pictures! We just kindly ask that you check and make sure your phone is on silent during the ceremony.
