When it was time to go off to college, Brittney and her close group of childhood friends branched off to different schools. One of her good friends met Christopher in college, and they became roommates. Two years after college Brittney and some of that same childhood crew ventured out to the west coast, landing in various neighborhoods from LA to San Diego.

Five years later, Christopher moved to Hermosa Beach, CA, for work and a new adventure. Through his college roommate, he became golf buddies and fast friends with another one of Brittney’s friends from home who settled in the LA area.

The next year, this same friend hosted a birthday party in Newport Beach, and Britt and the Bru's (Amanda and Brendan Brunelle) went to join the celebration. Here, Brittney and Christopher would meet for the first time.

After they connected the dots in their six degrees of separation, they kept running into each other at various social events.

As their friendship grew, their conversation, chemistry, and constant laughter created a beautiful foundation. After many dates and many months of finding stolen time to see one another, Christopher relocated to Encinitas, CA. He proposed to Brittney in August 2023.

All of Christopher and Brittney’s friends who were instrumental in getting them together were in Encinitas to celebrate their engagement that same night. Thank them when you see them!
