Welcome drinks and toasts! We invite all of our guests to join us at the <a href="https://www.woodiefisher.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Woodie Fisher Restaurant</a> - located at the Hilton Garden Inn Union Station from 7:30 PM until 9:30 PM for welcome drinks and toasts on Friday, September 26. Woodie Fisher will have food and drinks for purchase, and will have plenty of space on the back patio for any guests that wish to stop by and say hello! We would love to see everybody there!

The day of! We are excited to celebrate with everybody on Saturday. Here are a few day of details that will help you navigate the day! Shuttle &amp; Transportation - A shuttle will be available from the Hilton Garden Inn Union Station departing at 4:00 PM to Mountain Crust Event Venue. Please see the "<a href="https://www.theknot.com/us/brittney-moeller-and-robert-cosgrove-sep-2025/travel" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Travel</a>" tab for additional shuttle information, including details on return trip times. If you are driving, please see details on parking under the "<a href="https://www.theknot.com/us/brittney-moeller-and-robert-cosgrove-sep-2025/travel" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Travel</a>" tab as well. Parking is located a short 5 minute walk south of the venue. Celebration Timeline - Please arrive around 4:45 PM, our ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. After a brief ceremony, we will recess to cocktail hour to enjoy the sunset, appetizers plus some beverages on Mountain Crust's rooftop bar. Dinner will begin around 6:30 PM, Mountain Crust will be serving made to order pizza from their brick oven with a huge selection of different pizzas, served piping hot (plus a salad selection for fitness). For guests who notified us of food allergies - Mountain Crust has Gluten Free crusts available for those who requested them - and can point out allergens in each pizza to mitigate any concerns.&nbsp; After dinner, we invite you to dance the night away with us! The dance floor will be open until 10:00 PM with drinks served until 9:30 PM. Did somebody say after party? Following the festivities, we invite anybody who would like to join us to meet at <a href="https://whiskeytf.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Whiskey Tango Foxtrot</a> (located adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn) for some post wedding drinks and fun. We will plan to be there about 11:15PM and stay as long as the night (or Colorado liquor laws) allow. Fun Fact: Brittney and Robert's first date was at this neighborhood pub, so it has some sentimental value!

So-Long and Farewell (but not goodbye) - Sunday we are planning on brunching it up to say "safe travels" at <a href="https://www.viewhouse.com/location-ballpark#menu=brunch-new-2025-bp-lit" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">View House - Ballpark</a> in Denver. This location is about a half mile walk from the Hilton Garden Inn. We are not formally organizing or blocking tables at Viewhouse - as we know it can be a challenge to get moving in the morning. But we would love to see whoever is up for it, around 10:30 AM, for some food and drinks - plus yard games and Sunday Football. Grab a table and we will see you there! From the bottom of our hearts, we appreciate everybody who is taking time out of your busy lives to celebrate with us - it means the absolute world to us. Safe travels home, and we hope you flew United!

Weekend of Details

Who knew 2020 and the year of COVID could lead to something special. Brittney and Robert first met after Brittney was called off reserve (thanks Crew Scheduling) to work a four day trip with Robert at SkyWest. After a day of flying, Robert asked the crew if they wanted to get dinner and drinks in Milwaukee that evening followed by Kayaking the next morning. Everyone agreed, and dinner was had but Robert decided to sleep through the planned Kayaking meet up (this may be the first time and only time he's slept through an event but we digress). Thankfully, everyone blew down his hotel room door and dragged him out for a day out in Milwaukee. The rest of the trip was a mix of fun and excitement with Robert &amp; Brittney hitting it off. After landing in Denver, Robert asked Brittney for her number to "help her with flight loads home" even though he had other plans to ask her on a date when she got back to Denver from San Antonio.

As with any good love story, there were ups and there was COVID. After a few weeks of dating, Brittney came down with the COVID and because she was in a house full of roommates, she had nowhere to quarantine in Denver. Since Robert got 14 days to quarantine as well, he invited Brittney into his apartment to help Brittney get back on her feet and feeling better. Halloween came and passed, but there were still festivities to be had (albeit in quarantine).

With the world opening up post COVID, Brittney and Robert were able finally make use of those cool travel benefits they talked about in airline orientation. Traveling to some neat places with awesome people, and getting to see that there is more to the world than Devils Lake, North Dakota and the other enjoyable SkyWest destinations they had the pleasure of flying to.

Alaska in February...? As with any good love story, Brittney and Robert decided that their future wouldn't be complete without exploring Alaska in February and hopefully catching a glimpse of the northern lights. Little did Brittney know (okay, she had a suspicion but wasn't sure it was going to happen) that Robert had a minor question to ask that would determine if this website would even need to be created. After staying up all night the first night and not seeing a glimpse of the Aurora Borealis (turns out clouds tend to block the lights). The two went dog sledding, explored hot springs and got to tour an ice castle. Just after the clock struck midnight on February 7, Robert dropped to a knee and asked Brittney if she would marry him, and she of course said "Yes!" After popping some celebratory Champagne, the northern lights lit off for an hour and a half - perhaps it was a universe's celebration of their engagement, or perhaps it was supercharged solar particles interacting with the Earth's atmosphere we will never know.

The Venue Our wedding venue, Mountain Crust, is located approximately 20 minutes southwest of Denver on the Denver/Littleton city limits. As there are not many attractions or things to do near Mountain Crust, we have arranged hotel blocks in Lower Downtown of Denver for easy access to all Denver has to offer. Shuttle Information For guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn - Union Station, we will have a shuttle between the hotel and Mountain Crust Event Venue. The shuttle will also have extra availability for return trips for any guests that wish to return back to downtown after the event. The shuttle will depart the Hilton Garden Inn - Union Station at 4:00 PM, arriving at Mountain Crust at 4:30 PM. Return trips will be available at 9:10 PM (early shuttle) as well as 10:10 PM (after last call). Driving &amp; Parking Information If you chose to drive on your own, Mountain Crust Event Venue is located at 3880 S Lowell Blvd, Denver, CO 80236. Parking is very limited at the venue, but Mountain Crust has partnered with Fort Logan Northgate Middle School (4000 S Lowell Blvd, Denver, CO 80236) which is located one block south for guest parking. Safety first, if you need to leave your car overnight at the middle school - that is fine, however please ensure it is removed by 10:00 AM Sunday for guests of the following day's wedding to utilize the lot.

The Hilton Garden Inn is located in Denver's Ballpark neighborhood, it is approximately one half mile walking distance from Union Station which is accessible via Denver's rail line to the airport as well as long-distance Amtrak. The area surrounding the Hilton Garden Inn is mixed commercial, and residential, with a plethora of options for food, drinks &amp; entertainment steps away.&nbsp; We have arranged a $259/night room block for guests who wish to stay here for Friday through Sunday, plus a discounted $15/night valet fee. If any guests are interested in extending their stay on either side of our event, please reach out to Robert after booking with your desired dates and we can work with the hotel to extend your reservation (based on availability). The Hilton Garden Inn offers paid valet parking, a full fitness center with indoor pool, and has extremely convenient access to food, drink and entertainment options.

Registry

Your presence at our wedding is a blessing for us and we don't expect any gifts beyond that. However in lieu of a registry, we are collecting funds for our honeymoon fund which we plan to jet away to in February of 2026. We cannot thank you enough for your kindness in helping us celebrate our journey together, and appreciate your support in our lives!
