Our Wedding

We met each other through mutual friends (shout out to Josh and Rebekah Dunaway). What started off as a simple date turned out to be the beginning of forever. I, Matthew, was very lucky and knew it immediately when God showed me that I wasn’t just finding the love of my life but also two amazing kids! We grew together as a family through many family dates, trips and ridiculous amounts of soccer games. When I, Matthew, knew that this was the family that God had intended for me I proposed to Brittney in June of 2024 and married March 15 2025. Through the two years together we have grown not just as a couple but as a family. It has been an incredible journey that we can only thank and praise God for, and we are only just beginning. No matter what life has in-store for us, the mountains or the valleys, we know we will always have each other and the Lord to lead us. Can’t wait to see what our future holds!

My beautiful daughter. I had her at 18 and had to grow up fast. She changed my life and I will always be eternally grateful. She is growing up so fast into such a beautiful young women, and is one of the most driven people I’ve ever met. I am so beyond blessed to have you as my daughter and to call myself your mother and to be able to experience this special day with you by my side. I love you sweet girl

My brother( who is going to be so mad at me for choosing this picture haha). There isn’t a word in the dictionary that can describe this man. All jokes aside I couldn’t ask for a better brother. You’ve been there through the good times and the bad. I am so proud of the man you have become. You’re a great husband, a hard worker, and an amazing uncle. I love you like a brother because you are my brother. Teehee. So excited to have you by my side. I love you bro 

Jeff Willingham 

My best friend. She has the biggest heart I’ve ever seen and will always give to others over herself. She is a great wife, and wonderful mom of 3, and her family is above all else. Our daughters were on the same soccer team and were crazy soccer moms together to now best friends. One of the rare friendships where I can be completely myself and goofy and never feel judged she is right there with me. More than a friend she feels like part of the family. I love you so so much and so grateful to have you in my life and go through this journey with me!  

Renee Murphy

My sister in law! This woman has the greatest heart in the world! She is always putting everyone’s needs above herself, an absolute rarity in this world! I can’t begin to explain how much of a blessing she is to me and our family! The love she shows toward my brother is definitely more than he deserves (lol) but something I’ve always prayed for him to have! So beyond grateful to have you by my side! Love you sis!

My first friend when I moved to Texas!! I was very shy when we first met and this women went out of her way to talk to me at our kids practices( Maci and her bonded over K-pop) and our boys ended up being best friends. She has always been there for me and the kids. Not to mention if it wasn’t for her and her husband I would t have met my love! Thank you for being by my side!
