We met on the first day of junior year of high school, after a mutual friend accidentally introduced us by random chance in the lunchroom. We ended up in the same group in our film class, and after discovering a mutual love of movies, we pretty much spent every day together after that.

Months later, we went to prom together... "as friends." A month after that, we went on our first date. We saw Solo: A Star Wars Story, we held hands, we went to Waffle House, and that was that.

We spent a solid chunk of time doing long distance between our two universities, though we've loved finding all kinds of ways to spend time together, from simple visits to out-of-state concerts, to short lunch dates on Sunday afternoons.

Broc proposed on April 29, 2022 after almost 4 years of dating.

Every moment of our relationship has always just felt right. We're so thankful for the ways God works, and that He has chosen us to glorify Him together.
