Our Story

The Groom

Lindsey's and my first time ever seeing each other was at a bible study called Friday Night Faith. I could not stop staring knowing she would catch me at some point. Little to say I was WAY too nervous to say anything. That following Sunday at our church the pastor asked us to turn around and say hi and introduce yourself to the people around you. I turned around and there was Lindsey in a long green dress smiling from ear to ear. I introduced myself and she did as well. After church the group went to a restaurant called "Sauce Wine and Pizza" and Lindsey was waiting in line right ahead of me. She turned around and introduced herself again and we had a good little talk before we had to order. We didn’t talk any more that day and I went home just wondering why I didn't do anything else to pursue her. Fast forward two weeks later I asked her out on a date to the farmers market here in town. We met up and barely looked at anything at the farmers market and just sat down and talked about our lives to each other for many hours. We started going on a bunch of dates and I had never been so intrigued by someone in my life. I thought I was in a dream. We couldn’t get enough of each other hanging out, hiking, fishing, going out to eat, etc. Lindsey invited me to her white coat speech pathology ceremony at school and after her ceremony was when I asked her to be my girlfriend. As we started dating we grew more and more in love and I knew she was the one. Fast forward 4 months later we decided to go look at rings. She immediately found the one she wanted and I could not help myself but buy it right away. A couple months go by and I finally had the ring in my hands. I only waited 10 days to propose and it felt like the longest 10 days of my life. On April 13th, 2025, I got down on one knee at the Salt River in AZ and Lindsey and I got engaged. I am so thankful to have such a special partner by my side and I will love her forever. Cheers to a life full of love and laughter. Coming this winter we will be husband and wife.

The Bride

Falling in love with Brock was the easiest thing I have ever done. He swept me off of my feet through a young adults church group immediately after I moved across the country to Arizona. What was supposed to be a cute first date at the farmers market in Phoenix, turned into a full day of fun. I knew I had just found someone really special. Brock is a man that is genuine, sweet, goofy and loving. He pours his heart into everything he sets his mind to and into everyone he loves. Brock and I fell in love very quickly and knew early on we were meant to get married. I would not have it any other way. I am so blessed to not only know Brock, but to now be a part of his family too. Every day is a good day spent with him. I cannot wait for what is ahead! Thank you for sharing our special day with us :)
