Our guest list is limited and we are unable to accommodate additional guests- please refer to your save the date and/or invitation for invitee details. We appreciate your understanding and hope you are still able to join us.

Wedding attire is black tie optional. While this is still an elevated event, men are not required to wear a tuxedo (although it's encouraged). A dark suit is acceptable. Women are more than welcome to wear a floor-length dress, but if you prefer a knee-length cocktail dress, then feel free. The color scheme is Jewel Tones. You can find a palatte below. Keep in mind that the wedding party will be wearing emerald and champagne.

Weather in Cincinnati can be unpredictable, but we are expecting a beautiful fall day with temperatures in the 70s.

We have decided to have an “adults-only” celebration and hope that you can enjoy a night away to celebrate with us.

Yes. Our ceremony and reception venues are about a block apart. There is ample off street parking (lots, garages, etc) that are adjacent to Hotel Covington.

Our ceremony will be held at Hotel Covington and our reception will be held one block away at The Madison Events Center (The Galleria).

We ask that all guests arrive to Hotel Covington for our ceremony by 3:00PM.

Our ceremony will be “unplugged”. This means no phones/tablets/devices. We’ve got an amazing photographer to capture our day. Please be fully present and enjoy these moments with us.

At the conclusion of our ceremony, guests will walk to The Madison Events Center (The Galleria) for cocktail hour and our reception. Lets get the party started!

Dietary restrictions/preferences will be noted on your RSVP. Dinner will be buffet style but please be sure to let us know of any airborne illness.

Our number one priority is to get you on the dance floor. Liquid courage is provided through a FULL and OPEN bar. Our venue has been phenomenal to us - please be sure to show your appreciation through cash tips.

Our reception ends promptly at 10PM, but the party does not stop there! Hotel Covington and the surrounding area have plenty of late night spots. More to come!
