As we have decided to have our special day out of country, please visit the Travel tab for booking, or please contact our travel agent Sandi Shields directly at sshields@travelonly.com. Sandi will help guide you with the booking process, however please also RSVP to your invitation as we will require a final head count for the big day!

Please RSVP and book your stay by May 31, 2025, so we can have an accurate headcount. Hope to see you there! Please note if no response is provided by this date, the RSVP will automatically be set to not attending.

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception as our resort is Adults only. This will allow for a romantic vacation for parents to relax and unwind! We thank you for understanding.

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them to us. However, please refrain from taking photos over the aisle during the ceremony so we can ensure our wonderful photographer captures the moment.

If your wedding invitation is addressed to you & Guest, you are allowed to bring a plus one. Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate the people listed on your invitation. Please check your invitation for details.

We would love to see everyone dress up on our special day! We are requesting semi-formal attire.

Our ceremony location is inside the Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar Resort at one of their wonderful ceremony locations. There will be shuttle service from the Lobby to the ceremony location.

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:00pm. Please arrive to the Lobby for shuttle service NO later than 3:45pm. The Shuttle service will escort all guest to the ceremony location.

We are honoured and excited to celebrate our special day with everyone! Your presence and well wishes are the most meaningful gifts we could ever ask for! Should you feel compelled to provide a gift as well, we would appreciate monetary contributions towards our future.
