Although we would love to have all the kiddos at our wedding, the only kids invited will be noted on your invitation and the RSVP page on this website. If you need a babysitter, please get in touch with Brock or Mackenzie; we would be happy to help you find one here in Flagstaff!

The best option: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) offers more flight options and may be cheaper, but it's about a 2-hour drive from Flagstaff. 2nd option: Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG), but it has a limited number of flights. A 3rd option: Las Vegas which is approximately a 3-and-a-half hour drive to Flagstaff.

The Arizona Nordic Village is approximately 15 miles north of Downtown Flagstaff in the beautiful Coconino National Forest. They provide ample free event and overnight parking. Vehicles will need to be picked up by 10 am the next day. However, Uber and Lyft do not come out to the property, so please plan accordingly if you plan to consume alcohol. They do have onsite rustic yurts and cabins which can be rented in advance for the weekend. Another option would be to utilize one of the 8 campsites we have reserved for wedding guests. These allow for tent camping and/or RV camping (without hookups). Please let us know in advance if this is an option you would like to take advantage of.

Flagstaff Fancy falls under the category of semi-formal attire. As always, please wear whatever will make you the most comfortable while celebrating with us! We would recommend comfortable shoes and no heels as the venue is outside on unstable ground and also bringing a sweater as it may get chilly as the sun sets. The following are examples of Flagstaff Fancy Attire for Gentleman: dress in slacks. chinos. button-up shirts (long or short-sleeved), optional ties, sports coats, dress shoes, or loafers. The following are examples of Flagstaff Fancy Attire for Women: formal dresses, dressy blouses, sweaters, dress pants, skirts, dress shoes, or dressy flats.

Flagstaff's climate, like most of Arizona can vary, so consider the season and weather conditions. Layering with a coat or shawl may be necessary, especially during the early Fall month of Septemeber. The highs typically range from 70 to 80 degrees with lows in the 40's to 50's.
