We recommend flying to Reno-Tahoe International and staying in Truckee. The drive from the airport to Truckee is about 40 minutes, and Gar Woods is about 30 minutes from Truckee.

We recommend staying in Truckee at one of the hotels listed below. For the hotels listed, we will provide a shuttle to and from Gar Woods so you don't have to worry about getting to and from the festivities!

If you are staying at the Best Western Plus in Truckee, a shuttle will arrive at 4pm to take you to Gar Woods. Be out front by 4!

If you are staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Truckee, a shuttle will arrive at 4:15pm to take you to Gar Woods. Be out front by 4:15!

Return shuttles will leave from Gar Woods at 8:30 and 10pm. Meet in front of Gar Woods!
