For Guests that did book a hotel - you'll have plenty of time to go check into your hotel and catch 1 of the 2 shuttle times back to the venue!

Both! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour and an indoor reception.

As much as we love your little ones, we want our wedding to be a night off for the grown-ups. It will be an adult only event. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, there is a large parking lot. If you need to leave your car overnight - it must be picked up by 11:00 am the following day.

Shuttle Service - For those staying at Embassy Suites To make your day stress-free, we’ll have a complimentary shuttle running between the hotel and our venue. Hotel → Venue First Shuttle: 4:00 PM Second Shuttle: 4:30 PM Venue → Hotel Shuttles will run continuously from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Last shuttle departs at 11:00 PM—don’t miss it!

For the ceremony: pick a seat, not a side. Front rows are reserved for immediate family and Bridal Party. Reception seating will be assigned so you're with your favorite people. Let us know if you need special accommodations.

Our Ceremony will be unplugged - please be sure your phone and cameras are tucked away and phones on silent. There will be plenty of moments throughout the day for photos.

Yes - come ready to party and dance. There will be an open bar, just remember to tip your bartenders!
