What airport should I fly into?
Tucson International Airport TUS: 30 min drive to venue; most likely will include a layover OR Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
-1.5hr drive to venue; no layover
How can I get from the airport to the venue?
Car sharing services like Uber or Lyft; private rental car services; renting a car (valet parking available at venue for a fee)
How can I book my hotel room?

Can I book a room at the Ritz Carlton for 1 night?
No, unfortunately there is a 2 night minimum!
What is the dress-code for the wedding?
Black tie optional! We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us, so we are requesting that all our guests dress in formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors but on turf so any type of heels should be fine.
What will the weather be like in November?
Typically sunny and 70's during the day; can drop as low as 40's at night
Is the wedding outdoor or indoor?
Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and the reception will be indoors with an option to go outside on the patio where a firepit will be!
Can I bring a date?
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you DO NOT have your phones or cameras out DURING the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony & we don't want any phones in our photos. We would LOVE an unplugged ceremony.
What is the order of events for wedding day?
Ceremony; Cocktail hour; Dinner & Dancing; Afterparty at hotel bar in lobby
Are there any events on Friday?
Yes! A welcome dinner party at North Italia in Tucson from 6:30-9:30pm with transportation provided (pick up at Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain).

OCTOBER 14 - however it is possible the room block and hotel will sell out before
Are kids allowed at the wedding?
We love kids! But since we are having a smaller wedding, the only kids that will be present are those in the wedding party!
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please mail back your RSVP by October 1st. The sooner the better ;)
If I am not staying at the venue, will I be able to get an Uber in the area?
Yes, however, wait times can be longer than usual so either schedule your ride or plan accordingly
What is the dress code?
Friday - Western Chic
Saturday - Black Tie Preferred
Sunday - Smart Casual
Where is the "after party"?
For those who want to keep the party going... we will continue on at the hotel bar in the lobby of the Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain
Will my allergies be accommodated at the wedding?
YES! The venue takes this very seriously. Please indicate on your RSVP card.
What are the greens fees if I want to play golf?
$225 for a round of golf & $90 to rent golf clubs
