We started out as friends, the kind of friendship that felt easy and comfortable. For a few years, we stayed in that lane sharing conversations, inside jokes, and plenty of time together without realizing that something more was quietly growing between us.


Then one day, everything shifted while out fishing, of all places.


Just the two of us, some quiet water, and a peaceful afternoon. Somewhere between casting lines and sharing conversation, we both realized what had been there all along: this wasn’t just a friendship anymore.


Since then, life together has felt like the most natural thing in the world. No grand gestures, just two people who genuinely enjoy each other’s company and keep choosing one another every day.
