There are two parking lots on either side of the venue and there will be parking signs and attendants to guide you.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We really appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

The ceremony will be held outside of the venue on grass (so try to avoid stilettos ladies!) and the reception will be in the barn as well as on the covered porch.

I would suggest arriving 15-30 minutes early so you can get settled before the proceedings.

The dress code is semi-formal. It will most likely be a warm day, so we suggest lightweight attire. For women, knee length, midi, or maxi dresses, or dressy separates. For men, a suit or dress shirt with optional tie.

The hotel will have an 11 passenger shuttle bus transport guests to and from the wedding venue. Check in time at the hotel starts at 3 pm. The first shuttle will start taking guests to the venue at 3:30pm and then again at 4:00pm. The shuttle is about a 15 minute ride. At the end of the night the first shuttle will pick guests up from the venue at 10:15pm to bring them back to the hotel and then will make its second trip at 10:45pm. Guests are also allowed to leave their vehicles at the wedding venue if they choose to get an uber or lyft, we only ask that you pick up your vehicle by noon the next day.

We kindly ask that you rsvp no later than July 3, 2025, to allow time for our caterer and venue to receive a final head count.
