What date should I RSVP by?

Monday, June 30, 2025. The reception hall requests a head count prior to the event date, so please RSVP by this time.

What is the dress code?

Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen will be encouraged to wear a suit and tie while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. We cannot wait to celebrate with you in style!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The wedding reception will begin promptly at 12:30pm on Saturday, August 16th. Please arrive with time to spare, the church will be open to guests starting at 11:30am.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you silence and stow away your phones for the duration of the ceremony at the church. Photos with the wedding party will take place after the ceremony.

What will the weather be like?

Colorado weather in Mid-August is usually warm (mid-70's) during the day and cool (50's) during the evening. Rainfall may occur.

Are the ceremony and reception indoors?

Yes! Though there will be outdoor deck access at the reception hall to cool off during dinner or after having shown us your favorite dance moves :)

Where should I sit during the ceremony and reception?

At the church ceremony, please feel free to sit on either side in any pew of your choice. For the reception, we will have assigned seating.

What accommodations will be available for out-of-town guests?

We are currently in the process of securing accommodations for our out-of-town guests. Please check back in early May for further details.

Are children invited to the wedding?

ABSOLUTELY! This is a family-friendly event, but we ask that you RSVP for every family member that will be in attendance. The church also has a Family Space for parents to take children who need a place to roam or speak freely while the ceremony is occurring. Please feel free to reach out to us ahead if you need additional accommodations.

Will transportation be provided to and from the venues?

No. Please feel free to contact us if you need assistance with transportation. The church and reception hall will have more than ample parking to accommodate all of our guests.

What type of food and drink will be served at the reception?

There will be hors d'oeuvres provided first at the reception hall for guests. A buffet-style traditional wedding dinner with dessert provided thereafter.

Will alcohol be served at the reception?

Beer and wine will be provided at the reception for our guests 21 and older.
