In November 2014 Michael was on the hunt for a new job, so with his best suit on and a heart full of hope he confidently walked into Gander Mountain to secure one in the field he loved most. Little did he know, He would be meeting the love of his life that day.

In November 2014 Brooke was working the customer service counter at Gander Mountain when a guy walked into a Hunting, Fishing and Camping store dressed in a full suit for a job interview. Brooke then turned to her co-worker and said "why is this doofus wearing a suit to an interview at an outdoor store?". Little did she know that almost 10 years later she would be marrying that doofus.

Michael got the job, and the friendship started from there. Until Brooke's Nana came to visit and got to talking with Michael. After a while she said "you should date my granddaughter!" After months of pressure from co-workers and Nana, Michael finally asked Brooke out in the most romantic way possible! By sitting next to her in the break room and asking "So...when are we going out?"

Brooke and Michael decided to go see a movie on the first date. On the way to the date, Brooke texted Michael and said she was running late because she got pulled over, Michael replied by saying he also got pulled over and would be late as well. If the cops can't keep us a part, then nothing can!

Michael and Brooke officially started dating on April 7th, 2015 and have been inseparable ever since. Through the high's and the low's, we have always been there for each other and continue to have fun and laugh every day either with each other or at each other. We've been wheeze laughing and reminiscing the whole time we have been writing this story!
