Our story started in September of 2017, my family gathered at the Rainbow in Strandquist for my brother’s birthday supper. Logan came with his sister, Lyndsey, who was dating my cousin Brayden. When the night ended, Logan and I continued talking for a couple months.

October came along and it was time for our favorite couple’s wedding, Brayden and Lyndsey. Kudos to these two, without them Logan and I wouldn’t be possible. This now happily married couple has been our role models our entire relationship. Logan and I shared a couple forced, shy dances during the reception that night.

On November 12th, 2017, Logan asked me to go hunting with him. This was considered our “first date”. We hunted throughout the day and had supper at my family’s hunting cabin. After supper, Logan dropped me off at my grandma’s house. Before I went into the house, Logan asked me to be his girlfriend. Every year for our anniversary we still go hunting.

Years have gone by, Logan and I have been through everything. Family vacations, Sunday Fundays, proms, graduations, Grand Forks trips, and spending time with family and friends. We have both grown. Not only us, but the people within our lives have grown with us too.

On May 31st 2023, we got engaged! Alicia Magner Photography had messaged me asking to model a new location within her area. I agreed and told Logan about it right away. I was so excited about this impromptu session. In reality, Logan and Alicia were talking behind my back for about two weeks planning an engagement session. We took a few photos before Logan went down on his knee. It was perfect!

Our next chapter is moving in and getting married! We are currently living on the Anderson farm outside of Strandquist, MN! We are so excited making this house our home. We are ready to get married and celebrate with all of our favorite people!
