Our Wedding

Our Story began in the fall of 2021. We had our first date on November 6th, 2021. We decided to go to a restaurant called Doc Rotz. The first date went great and we hit it off right away. We had a lot in common and shared similar goals in life. As we got to know each other more over the next couple months, we knew we wanted to become official. January 9th, 2022 marks the day we officially became boyfriend/girlfriend. Over the next year and a half we grew closer and shared many great memories and adventures together. We even added a second fur baby to the family, Zoey Fister. Zeus loves his sister and they are both happy to take on the role of Dogs of Honor. Fast forward to October 20th of 2023, we decided to take a quick trip to Door County, Wisconsin to see the fall foliage. Ryan popped the question and Brooke said yes to forever that day. We are so excited to tie the knot and celebrate our love for each other. We are so thankful for friends and family to be with us on this special day.

We will be providing transportation from the La Quinta hotel to the venue on Saturday, September 28th. The bus will arrive to the hotel at 2:45 p.m. and depart at 3:15 p.m. The bus will have an early departure from the venue at 7:30 p.m. and  a final departure at 9:00 p.m.

Opened in 1934&nbsp;on the site of a former stone quarry used by the Abbey, the Grotto was a continuation of the work of Brother Joseph, who built his first replicas in about 1912 and his last, the miniature of the beautiful Lourdes Basilica Church, in 1958. It was constructed when he was 80 years old.
