Yes, the ceremony will be held outside under a covering and then the reception will be held inside.

We chose to have an unplugged wedding and kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during our special day. Your cellphone can also block any shots that the photographer is trying to capture and prefer that your cellphone is not in our professional photos. You are more than welcome to take as many photos as you would like at the reception afterwards.
