Can I bring a guest/date?

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Can we bring our children?

While we adore your children, our venue does not have the space for all the little ones. We respectfully request that this be an adults-only celebration and we encourage all our guests to use this evening as a date night! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will any part of the day be held outside?

Yes, the ceremony will be outside, weather permitting. And the reception space is an indoor/outdoor barn venue, but most outdoor areas are covered, so rain won't be a problem. Also, there is no air conditioning in the barn so please dress accordingly.

Will there be a shuttle service?

Yes, a shuttle will be available to take guests to the venue from the hotel starting before the ceremony. The first trip will leave from the hotel at 3:00pm and the second trip at 3:45pm. And after dinner, the shuttle will be available all evening to take guests back to the hotel whenever they wish. The last shuttle will depart from the venue at 11:15pm.

Where do I park?

Guests should follow signs to the main driveway and parking area (the paved lot). If this lot is full, there is an overflow lot located on the other side of the barn (the gravel lot). Prior to the ceremony, a parking attendant will guide you to the correct spot.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Rivercrest Farm in Dover, Ohio.

Will there be an open bar?

YES! We will provide a selection of beer, wine, and seltzers. All we ask is that you bring some cash to tip the bartenders. :)

Is there a dress code?

Please dress in smart casual attire. :)

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we will be excited to share those photos/videos with you in the months following our ceremony. Therefore, we are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no phones or cameras). After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!
