Tara is Brooke's younger sister. They have always been close, and now they get to work together to plan both of their weddings (Tara is also engaged, and she will be getting married in June)! Tara has a sweet spirit, and Brooke has always looked forward to the day when they would stand by each other's sides as they each marry a godly man.

Taylor is Brooke's cousin. They grew up living next door to each other and did mostly everything together (dance classes, vacations, even babysitting jobs). Brooke has always considered Taylor to be like a sister to her.

Kristie and Brooke have been friends for more than ten years. They first met at Tuscarora Inn and Conference Center, a Christian sleepaway camp. Then, they became very close at Hillcrest Lutheran Academy, a Christian boarding school in Minnesota. The two of them studied together for many hours in the dorms. Kristie and Brooke were roommates in college at Liberty University, and they both currently live in Lynchburg, where they try to see each other as often as possible.

Em and Brooke have been very good friends for over ten years. They met at Tuscarora, where they both attended camp and served as camp counselors. They played volleyball together at Hillcrest and served on leadership together at Liberty. Brooke and Em have been faithful friends for many years, carrying each other through tough times and celebrating with each other through good times.

Katie and Brooke were roommates at Hillcrest and at Liberty. They created so many happy memories together, from teaching each other various skills late at night (speaking Spanish, whistling, etc.) to praying for each other's future husbands at 11:11 each night. Brooke was a bridesmaid in Katie's wedding a few years ago, and she is excited to have Katie stand by her side on her own special day.

Allison and Brooke have been friends for over ten years. They both went to camp at Tuscarora for many years, and their friendship formed at Hillcrest. Allison has been a very supportive, loving, comforting friend to Brooke over the years. Brooke is looking forward to having Allison as one of her bridesmaids, just as Brooke was one of Allison's bridesmaids.

Erica has been friends with Brooke for more than eight years. They lived in the same dorm their first year at Liberty, and later, they served on the same leadership teams (Erica was Brooke's RA). Brooke was so honored to be a bridesmaid for Erica at her wedding several years ago, and now Brooke is honored to have Erica as one of her bridesmaids.

Alyssa and Brooke have been friends for over ten years. They met at Tuscarora and attended Hillcrest and Liberty together. Throughout the years, they have shared many heart-to-hearts and have been there to encourage and uplift each other. When they lived together during Brooke's first year of law school, Brooke could always count on Alyssa to support her and do something fun, whether it was hiking in the mountains, going to a football game, or watching a movie at home. Brooke is excited to have Alyssa as a bridesmaid just as Brooke was a bridesmaid at Alyssa's wedding.

Natalie and Brooke have been friends for more than five years. They both attended Liberty University School of Law, where they encouraged each other spiritually, emotionally, and physically. They get together as often as they can for fun girls' nights, walks around campus, and trips to the nail salon.

Jarrod and Rob began their friendship as roommates at JMU. In fact, they spent all four years there as roommates, and Rob even spent a brief stint living with Jarrod and his wife Kaylyn when he first moved to Lynchburg. Jarrod and Rob both work for Liberty University. Jarrod is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Since Rob was Jarrod's Best Man, Rob considers it an honor to have him by his side as his Best Man as well.

Cary and Rob met on the first day of second grade and have been friends ever since. They even attended the same schools as each other all the way up till graduate school. Anyone who knows Cary knows that he is one of the most competitive people you will ever meet, and he has always pushed Rob to succeed in a plethora of dimensions. As Rob's lifelong friend, he is honored to have Cary as one of his best men.

Devin and Rob became close friends once Rob moved to Lynchburg. Like Rob, Devin also works for Liberty University. Devin is a top-tier disc golfer and coaches LU's disc golf team. When Devin isn't hanging out with some of the best disc golfers in the world, he enjoys going to Chili's with Rob. Rob has been blessed to have a brother in Christ like Devin as his friend.

Ben and Rob have been friends since high school, but they actually met each other before that at several summer basketball camps in the Hampton Roads area. In high school, Ben and Rob brought the heat on the volleyball and basketball courts together. Though Ben and Rob now live several states apart, they still talk to each other every week. Rob is blessed to have a lifelong friend in Ben.

Erik and Rob have grown to be close friends through getting to know each other at family gatherings. Soon, Erik will be receiving a promotion from friend to brother-in-law. Erik is an exceptionally intelligent and wise leader. A chemistry doctoral student, he is not shy to an academic discourse on anything science related. He is also one step above an armchair theologian who Rob has learned a great deal from. Rob is looking forward to finally having a brother.

Josh and Rob have been friends for a few years now. Josh is another friend that Rob made in Lynchburg. Like Rob, Josh also works for Liberty University. Josh is one of the friendliest and most outgoing people you will meet. A natural born leader, Josh is an immediate impact to any project he applies himself in. He gave Rob the honor of being one of his groomsmen when he got married, and Rob is looking forward to returning the gesture.

Eric and Rob became good friends after Rob moved to Lynchburg. An intelligent and dedicated student, Eric is working on a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision. This seems like the perfect next step for someone as thoughtful and gracious as Eric. Eric and his wife Presley are fun-loving people who enjoy hosting game nights. Eric's secret talent is finding the best deep dish pizza places in Chicago. Rob has enjoyed growing in his friendship with Eric these past couple of years and is thankful to have him as a groomsman.

Brent and Rob have gotten quite chum not only from spending the holidays together, but also through intramural softball. Indeed, Rob has even shown star athlete Brent a thing or two on the basketball court. Besides having great athletic abilities, Brent is also well known for his brilliant mind and godly character. In particular, Brent is a math whiz who also will soon be an actuary. Rob is looking forward to many more intellectual discussions and pickup games with his future brother.

Luke and Rob got to know each other over Thanksgiving, as they shared a few laughs and played several games during quality time with their future in-laws. Luke will also be marrying into Brooke’s family, as he will soon be Tara’s husband. A hard-working and intelligent man his whole life, Luke soon will accomplish the impressive feat of graduating from the Naval Academy. Rob is glad to have such a godly man and excellent future brother-in-law by his side on the big day.

Vaughn is Brooke's cousin. She was at the hospital the day he was born, and he has always held a special place in her heart since. Vaughn has enjoyed showing Brooke and Rob his soccer skills in the backyard, and Vaughn and Rob share an affinity for chicken fingers and macaroni and cheese.

Hank is Brooke's cousin's son. He enjoys playing with toy trucks in the sandbox and riding his bike around the neighborhood. He once told Brooke that his favorite food was hot dogs and his favorite breakfast food was asparagus (unfortunately, we probably won't have either at the wedding--sorry, Hank!).

Brom is the son of Brooke's cousin. At Brooke's family's Oktoberfest, she and Rob watched Brom ride his bike around the barn. Brom is an excellent builder of sand castles and enjoys chasing the birds at the beach.

Blake is Brooke's cousin. She is an adventurous, fearless, loveable ninja who loves climbing, jumping, and playing hide-and-seek. Brooke and Blake share a love of baking and lip gloss.

Reese is Brooke's cousin. Reese always has a big smile on her face anytime Brooke and Rob facetime her. She loves to carry the phone around and show us the ceiling. Brooke and Rob are so excited to have Reese as one of their flower girls.

Laney is Brooke's cousin Dan's daughter. She immediately took to Rob the moment they met. Maybe it was destiny, or maybe it was just because he allowed her to chew on his arm (she was teething at the time). In her free time, Laney enjoys exploring her grandparents' yard and sleeping. Laney is a cute, adventurous young lady who will capture the hearts of all as she walks down the aisle, gracing the crowd with her flower petals.
