Q + A
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by May 29th—and if you can RSVP sooner, even better! You can RSVP quickly and easily right here on our wedding website under the RSVP tab. If you’re unable to attend, please select "decline" when responding. Those who cannot attend will be missed! If we don’t receive an RSVP, we’ll assume you won’t be attending. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM. Please arrive no later than 3:30PM to allow time to park, enter the venue, & find a seat. Due to pathway layouts, all walkways leading to the ceremony will be closed at 3:55PM for the ceremony. No late entry into the ceremony will be permitted.
What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is semi-formal to formal attire. Ladies, midi, tea length, or floor length dresses (please do not wear white). Gentlemen, dress shirt with slacks - suit and tie optional. Little girls in dresses and little boys in dress shirt and nice pants. The theme is spring garden party, so pastels and florals are expected.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors, right in front of the beautiful vineyard, with a paved aisle for easy access. The reception will take place indoors, where we’ll continue the celebration in style.
Are kids welcome?
Yes! We love your little ones and are happy to have them celebrate with us. That said, we kindly ask that all children are supervised and able to remain calm and respectful during the ceremony and reception. We want everyone—big and small—to enjoy the day!
Can I take pictures?
We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us! Leave all cell phones, mobile devices, and cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. Though children are welcome, we ask that all devices—especially those used for entertainment—be stored away and silenced during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture every detail of the wedding, and we will, of course, share those photos afterward!
Can I bring a plus one?
If you'd like to bring a guest who wasn’t noted on your invitation, we’re happy to accommodate! Please be sure to include their name when you RSVP so we can have an accurate headcount by the deadline. That said, due to limited space, plus ones are subject to availability—in the unlikely event we reach our venue’s capacity, we may need to prioritize immediate family and close friends. We appreciate your understanding as we do our best to make room for everyone important to us!
Can I post the photos I take at the wedding?
We’re so excited to see the memories you capture—but we kindly ask that you hold off on posting any photos until we’ve had a chance to share a few of our own. Thank you for helping us keep the moment special just a little longer!
Does the Venue Have Parking?
Yes! There is plenty of complementary parking at the venue. First come, first serve - no handicap parking.
I have dietary restrictions—will you have options for me?
Yes, we’ll have food options to accommodate dietary restrictions! When you RSVP, please let us know about any specific needs, and we’ll make sure we have something delicious for you to enjoy.
Is there a reserved hotel block for out-of-town guests?
We haven’t reserved any hotel blocks, so guests are responsible for booking their own accommodations. If you need recommendations on where to stay, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help point you in the right direction!
What kind of bar service will be available?
We will have a cash bar available for our guests. So be sure to bring your preferred form of payment (cash or card) if you’d like to enjoy a drink or two!
Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted under any circumstances—we kindly ask that everyone respect this rule, as violations can result in fines from the venue.
we have additional questions that haven't been addressed here—who should we contact?
We’re happy to help! Feel free to reach out to us at brookebraydenbill@gmail.com with any questions. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
