When making reservations, guests must refer to the Group Name Gray and Hartzema Wedding OR group Code GHW at the time of booking. The Guest Service Agent will require this information in order to reserve the discounted group rate.

Reservations must be made before the cutoff date March 12th , 2025 to receive the discounted group rate. Reservations made after the cutoff date are subject to availability and the discounted group rate would no longer be applicable.
