Aris and Brooke met at nursing school orientation on May 17, 2021. Little did they know when they introduced themselves to each other that day that they would be getting married exactly four years later! Aris and Brooke developed a friendship first as they attended nursing classes every day and clinicals together on Wednesdays. It wasn’t long before they were sitting next to each other and giggling through lectures, taking every opportunity to feel each other’s pulses (definitely for nursing practice and not as an excuse to hold hands). ;) On July 21st, 2021 (Brooke’s birthday!) Aris and Brooke finally confessed their crushes to each other, after much encouragement from their friend group who knew that both liked the other all along. Things moved quickly from there, as both Aris and Brooke knew from the start that this relationship was different than any other they’d had in the past.&nbsp; Four years after meeting and three and a half years into the relationship, Aris and Brooke are still falling more in love every single day and thanking God for the blessing of each other. So many factors had to work out for the two to be together (Aris coming to Minnesota from California and choosing Northwestern a day before applications closed, Brooke changing her major from English to nursing at just the right time, and so much more) that it could only be God’s hand bringing them together.&nbsp; Aris and Brooke are so excited to start this next chapter and spend every day with their best friend and soul mate. Thank you so much to all the friends and family who have supported the happy couple along the way!
