Due to construction, the main lobby entrance at the corner of Queen St and King St will be closed. The hotel is suggesting that all guests drive directly to Penn Square Parking Garage at 28 S. Duke Street, Lancaster, PA 17602 and enter hotel through the connecting walkway. There will be plenty of signage around the property helping guest find their way.

Check in is at 4PM. Our ceremony starts at 4:30PM on Friday, October 4th.

We inquired about early check in. They said they will try their best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed.

For guests checking in on Friday, October 4th (day of ceremony), I would recommend getting ready prior to arriving and trying an early check in to see if possible.

The venue does have parking, therefore you can drive to the venue for our ceremony and check in later in the day!
