Arrival: Private Denny Blaine Estate, 200 40th Avenue E, Seattle

Departures: Lower level, 4000 East Denny Blaine Place

Formal Garden Cocktail – Think elegant, yet comfortable enough to dance the night away!

Transportation

Parking Alert! Parking is extremely limited, so we highly recommend using Uber or Lyft. Please observe all NO PARKING signs as parking enforcement will be out in force. For those arriving by personal boat, we have limited dock space available with a reservation. Email Heidi at hbernave@gmail.com before July 19th to secure your spot.

Traffic & Road Closures:

We have significant road closures in surrounding neighborhoods that will impact your travel times:

Montlake Boulevard: Closed between East Hamlin Street and East Louisa Street.

Lake Washington Boulevard: Closed between Montlake Boulevard and 24th Avenue East.

All SR 520 On- and Off-Ramps to and from Montlake: Including the westbound SR 520 off-ramp to Lake Washington Boulevard.

Plan your route accordingly and leave a little extra time for travel.

Heads Up!

It wouldn't be Seattle without traffic congestion and public nudity.

Denny Blaine Estate is located next to a nude beach in Seattle. Try not to be alarmed if you see naked people walking down the street, but remember, our attire is formal garden cocktail!

Venue Highlights

Ceremony: Begins Promptly at 4 PM.

Reception: Cocktails, dinner, and dancing to follow. Get ready to celebrate!

Setting: Multi-level indoor/outdoor spaces with stairs and uneven surfaces. It might cool off at night, so bring a wrap or jacket to stay cozy.
