Hi, we are very happy to be able to have our wedding at the beautiful Havisham home venue. Ben and I are liable for any damages done to the property. Not following the contracted rules can cost us our deposit, savings, and wedding in general.

1. Absolutely NO SMOKING on the property, inside homes, or pavilion.

2. No messy decor, no glitter, silly string, orbeez, permanent markers, tape, tacks, pins.

3. Guests may only use the bathrooms inside the Pavilion unless otherwise stated.

4. Absolutely NO DRIVING ON THE GRASS, parking is available along both sides of the street in alto pass, you can also use the grass and gravel lots by the Walker funeral home down the street.

5. No open flames, no candles, no incense unless otherwise stated.

6. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL. We did not pay for an alcohol package, the Havisham House Venue is regulated by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission, no outside alcohol may be brought into the pavilion by ANYONE.
If anyone is caught bringing outside alcohol into the event pavilion, It is an automatic loss of deposit. The reception will be shut down immediately, and everyone will be asked to leave the property.

7. Please do not stain or wash your face with white towels, they have black towels labeled for make up.

8. Kids are 100% allowed, however your kids are your responsibility and you are expected to understand this.
