What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by May 14th.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
The wedding ceremony starts at 4pm. Please aim to arrive 15-30 minutes before to park and get seated.
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Free parking will be available at the venue. There will be signage and parking attendant(s) to direct you on the property. Parking will be limited, so if you are coming in a group, please consider carpooling.
Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Dinner will be served to the guests who joined us at our ceremony. We are selecting a chicken entrée with 2 delicious sides and a salad. Please reply to the dietary question on the website RSVP to let us know if you need substitutes. Non-alcohol drinks will be provided. Guests will have the option to purchase drinks from two staffed bars. Late night snacks will be served for the dance.
Is there a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
We have booked 3 blocks at hotels within 20 minutes of the venue. Please go to the Travel page on the website for accommodation details.
Are kids welcome?
We love your little ones and they are welcome to join in on the fun after the wedding reception from 7pm onwards. Please keep in mind that after 9:00pm, music may not be kid friendly. More information on the homepage.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Our dress code is 'whimsical garden party' and so we ask that you get a little creative and colorful with your semi-formal wedding attire. Think floral prints, polka dots, pinstripes, sunhats, sandals, linen trousers, Bermuda shorts, summer suits (jacket and tie optional).
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding ceremony will be inside the chapel. Guests will exit the chapel for an outdoor cocktail hour, followed by the reception in the tent. The venue is wheelchair accessible. Restroom(s) will be available indoors and outdoors.
Will there be an open bar?
We will provide a selection of beer, wine, soda, and water during the cocktail hour! Once our provided options of wine and beer are out, it will be a cash bar. There will be other beverage options available for purchase.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply can’t allow for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own.
Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
Where should I bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 3027 Providence St., #10, Sun Prairie, WI 53590. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
