Q + A
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY ROOM?
As soon as you know you can make it! Guests will be required to pay a $300.00 deposit per person ($250 for kids) deposit to confirm their room at time of booking. All deposits are non refundable.
Final Payment is due by the beginning of May. Please refer to the payment section for more information.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Our dream is to have an intimate wedding with the people we love and have supported us throughout our lives and relationship. All invitees will be addressed on the invitations.
Thank you for understanding. If you have any questions, please reach out to Fed and I.
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Children are welcome!
As teachers, it is obvious we love kids more than most! We strongly believe children can add so much joy to a wedding day... However, we have a limit to how many can attend the ceremony. Please let us know in advance if you are planning to bring your kids.
There are many options for child care/kids clubs through the hotel. We specifically chose a family friendly resort that we thought would be great for kiddos. Make sure to check out everything the resort has to offer.
WHAT DOES ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAN?
All food/drink orders from any of the resorts restaurants, bars and room service are included in your room fee.
DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE RESORT?
Resort policy: All wedding guests must stay at the resort.
We'd love for you to stay and celebrate all week with us, but ultimately you can choose how short or long your stay will be, please ask Cory for more information.
DO I NEED TO TIP?
Your resort fee has built in tips for the staff, so you are not obligated to tip the staff.
However, if you feel you have had exceptional service (bartender, cleaner, server, etc.) then feel free to tip at your discretion.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE AT THE RESORT?
Yes, dress codes range from casual (sandals + swim cover-up) to formal (men need collared shirts and long pants). A list of restaurants and corresponding dress codes can be found here:

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WEDDING?
Semi Formal/Cocktail
Please dress up! It is a wedding after all.
It will be HOT HOT HOT! Please be ready for hot weather!
There is a cobblestone stairway leading to the ceremony, please wear shoes that you can walk in!
Tip for the ladies:
Keep in mind that we will be by the beach and it may be windy, so short flowy dresses/skirts might keep you from enjoying your time during our wedding. Opt for long flowy dresses or jumpsuits.
Also, please DO NOT wear white/ivory/etc.
Tips for the gentlemen:
Avoid ball caps.
