When they say that it happens when you least expect it, that's 100% true! Shane and I met through mutual friends, Tommy and JoAnn. I sent him a message first! ;)

We went to Gringo's for our first date. All of the usual questions were asked and we talked about work, hobbies, family, etc.

Shane shared that he had 13 nieces and nephews, so me being me, I asked him to name them all... He passed!!

We both knew after that date that we were hooked!

After a couple dates, we finally became an official couple with our first meal being Rudy's. We then spent the holiday's together (after quarantining from COVID) and meeting each others family and friends.

Through vacations, moves, and a couple career changes, we've been each others biggest supporters!

Our most recent trip was by far our favorite! We went to Galveston with friends and came back as an engaged couple!!

This season in our lives has been the easiest to enjoy and we can't wait to celebrate our special day with our family and friends.
