How do I RSVP?

To RSVP visit the "RSVP" tab on this website by May 1, 2025. You will be able to RSVP for yourself and/or your party. If you cannot RSVP online, please email us at brookielon@gmail.com or call us at 507-208-8603. The RSVP period is now closed.

When do I RSVP?

You can RSVP anytime between the day you receive the invitation and May 1st. If we do not receive your RSVP by May 1st, we will assume you cannot attend and won't be able to accommodate for your attendance. The RSVP period is now closed.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately due to venue capacity we can't host any additional guests that were not included on the formal invitations.

Can I bring my children?

We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event unless your children are included on the formal invitation. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off!

Where is parking?

There is free on-site parking at the Fields Reserve. There will also be a shuttle service to and from The Fields Reserve for those utilizing the room block at Tru by Hilton.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive between 3:45pm - 4:15pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

We recommend cocktail casual attire. We want you to look and feel your best! Plan on appropriate attire for an outdoor ceremony weather permitting.

What's for dinner?

We are serving beef brisket, shredded chicken and pulled pork with sides. Appetizers will be served during cocktail hour after the ceremony/prior to dinner.

Is there an open bar?

Yes! There is an open bar which includes any sort of house cocktail, beer, and a couple of select wines.

AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS AT YOUR WEDDING?

We kindly are requesting to have an unplugged ceremony, meaning no cellphones or photos to be taken by the guests. We will have a professional photographer on site to capture the moments. However, we do encourage taking your own photos during cocktail hour and the reception.
