Brooke was a news anchor in Rochester, MN and Jordan was in his sixth year (yes, sixth) at St. Olaf in Northfield while working as a financial planner. A heart on Hinge led to a brunch date at Five West where Brooke informed Jordan of her plan to move back to Columbus after her contract at KIMT was up. That scared the heck out of Jordan so he told her theyd be better as friends. Fast forward to a few weeks later when Brooke had a few too many seltzers by the pool and texted Jordan two messages that changed their lives forever. Jordan Bartholomew, she said. You f**ked up. He knew he did. He took her to Roosters Too and a movie that weekend. From that moment on, their fates were sealed. Just three months later they moved in together and Jordan graduated from St. Olaf. A year after that, the U-Haul was loaded up and they headed to Columbus, Ohio. Another year flew by and Jordan orchestrated a surprise engagement that included all of their favorite people. After saying yes to Jordan, Brooke walked into a restaurant full of her friends and family cheering. As she stood in shock, heart overflowing with love, tears rolling down her cheeks, she knew without a doubt this was the man God made for her. Brooke and Jordan eagerly await their wedding day, when theyll be united under Gods blessings, surrounded by their loved ones. They cant wait to begin the next chapter of their lives together as husband and wife!
