We are planning on having an outdoor ceremony but we know Kansas can have unpredictable weather so in the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place indoors. The reception and cocktail hour will be mostly indoors with some outdoor areas.

While we would love to include everyone on our special day, please only RSVP for the people listed on your invitation. If you have any questions or concerns about the RSVPs, please let us know and we can help!

A wedding is a special occasion so most will likely be dressed semi-formal or dressy casual attire. Plan for Kansas weather and being both indoors and outdoors!

The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm. We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes early so you can get parked and take the short walk to the ceremony site. This walk is on an unpaved trail so if you need assistance, please let us know ahead of time and we will have a golf cart that can take you to the ceremony site.

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. We have a photographer and videographer that will capture all the special moments but we invite you to take photos during the reception! We would love for you to share them with us as well!

We recommend flying into the Wichita, KS airport which is about an hour from our venue.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs. Our venue and other vendors require a head count several weeks in advance to fully be prepared. Invitiations will be sent out as well as several reminders to help you RSVP on time.
