If you do not RSVP by September 1st 2025, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you.)

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. You invitation will be made out to "{Your name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in semi-formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels!

Ceremony: 4:00 PM Cocktail Hour: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM Dinner: 6:00 PM Dancing: 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM

While the reception will be hosted indoors, the ceremony will take place outdoors weather dependent of course.

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 o'clock in the evening. Please arrive no later than 3:30 PM.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Yes, there is complimentary parking available at the venue.

While we want guests to have an amazing time with some good drinks, we have decided to have a Semi-Hosted/Cash Bar instead. Which means there will be a certain amount we will be paying for. Once that has been reached, the bar will turn into a cash bar so please plan accordingly.

Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premise. We have a bartending service who will be handling all the beverages.

We will not have any transportation to or from the wedding. Please make sure you have a designated driver if you plan on drinking. The venue is kind enough that if necessary you can leave your car overnight but it has to be removed by 8am the next morning.
