When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by Friday, January 17th.

Can I bring a guest?

At this time, we're only able to accommodate the specific guests named on each invitation. While RSVPing the names and total number of guests in your party will be visible.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for seating.

I'm traveling from out-of-state, where should I fly into?

Your closest and best option is going to be PVD. Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (PVD)Distance: 30 miles to NewportDrive Time: 45 minutes Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)Distance: 75 miles to NewportDrive Time: 2 hours

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie Optional.&nbsp; Suggestions for women: An evening gown, floor-length dress, or jumpsuit. Suggestions for men: A tuxedo is welcome but not required. A suit and tie is also appropriate. We encourage you to dress up and enjoy the occasion, but the most important thing is that you're comfortable and ready to celebrate with us! If you have any specific questions about attire, please don't hesitate to reach out to Brooke.

Where should I stay?

We have a room block reserved at the Hotel Viking in downtown Newport. We'll be providing transportation to and from the venue from the Viking. There are ample options for other hotels and Airbnbs in the area as well.

What's the timeline for the day?  

3:30 PM - Ceremony begins4:00 PM - Cocktail hour5:00 PM - Reception begins9:00 PM - Reception ends/After-party begins

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

There is ample self-parking at OceanCliff.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

All of our events will be held indoors.

We'll be providing transportation between the Viking and the venue. The ability to book within our room block will expire on December 23, 2024.
