Yes! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

If you click on the "Travel" button, you will see the 2 hotels that we have a block of rooms at. One hotel is closest to the church we will be married in. The other is closest to the reception venue! We can also listed a few other options in Dallas that can you can pick from!

Weather in Texas is always unpredictable...it could be raining and then 10 minutes laters, the sun is out and it is a beautiful day! Luckily, October is one of our more consistent months! It will still be Texas warm outside. Plan for temperatures to range from 90°F to 75°F and a rain jacket just in case!

Our ceremony is in a stunning indoor chapel so no battle with weather there! The reception venue is an outdoor garden in downtown Dallas. This garden is attached to an indoor venue though so if weather doesn't go our way on the day of, it will be moved indoors.
