If I'm coming from out of town, where should I stay?
Hotel options are available on the Travel page of our website. If you’re traveling with a larger group, we also recommend looking into VRBO or Airbnb.
Please note that you will be responsible for your own transportation to Harbour Town Dock to board the ferry on the wedding day. Public parking is available. We highly recommend staying in or near Harbour Town in Hilton Head to be close to the ferry departure.
For full details, please visit the Travel tab on our website. Don’t hesitate to reach out to the bride and groom with any questions—we want this to be a fun, relaxing, and seamless weekend for everyone!
How do I get to the venue and when should I arrive?
All guests are kindly asked to meet at the Harbour Town Dock by 3:00 PM. The ferry will begin boarding at 3:30 PM and is scheduled to arrive at Haig Point on Daufuskie Island by 4:00 PM. Please allow ample time to find parking and locate the ferry loading area (right next to Quarterdeck restaurant). Please note that you will be responsible for your own transportation to Harbour Town. Public parking is available.
There will be only one ferry designated for all wedding guests. The bride and groom kindly request that you plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey. Thank you!
I have a dietary restriction. Will there be food options for me?
Absolutely! We want all our guests to enjoy the celebration, so please text or call the bride or groom about any dietary restrictions. Our caterer is happy to accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and common food allergies. If you have a severe allergy or specific concern, feel free to reach out to us directly—we’ve got you covered!
Can I bring a guest/date?
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Is there a dress code?
Dress code is semi-formal. We’d love for you to dress up a bit to match the festive occasion! For guidance, think cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or suits and ties. That said, we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration – your presence is what matters most to us!
What is the weather like this time of year?
Late September is lovely in Hilton Head! Average highs are in the low 80s, and average lows are in the 60s.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged occasion, and we kindly ask that you be fully present with us in the moment. A professional photographer will be capturing all the special memories, and we can’t wait to share the photos with you afterward!
What happens if I don't RSVP on time?
If we do not receive your RSVP by the provided date, we will mark you as not attending. While we will miss celebrating with you, we need to submit our final guest count to the venue within their given timeframe. We appreciate your understanding!
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Outdoor! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors.
Will there be an open bar?
Get ready to raise a glass – we’ll have an open bar all night long!
