The RSVP deadline is NOVEMBER 20TH, 2024. We understand this is busy holiday season, so we are hoping to catch everyone before life gets crazy.

Buffet-style meal will include choice between two meats, along with a salad, dinner roll, potato, and vegetable. If you have any dietary restrictions or accommodations, please include this in your RSVP.

Absolutely! We would love for them to be part of our celebration, and who doesn't love seeing the kiddos on the dance floor.

Semi-formal/dressy casual is suggested. Please no sweatpants or sweatshirts. We understand it is winter, and have no idea what the temperature will be like. Make sure to dress in layers. Also bring winter coats, hats, gloves, and boots in case.

Our wedding ceremony is a sacred and special time for us. Please NO photography during the ceremony. We have hired a professional couple to capture the moment. Feel free to take pictures during any other part of our day and share them with us! Use the caption #WinterWrays on social media for us to find.

The social hour will begin at 4:30pm at Long Lake Lodge in Brandon. Please use this time to check into your hotel or head to the social hour for snacks/drinks at the reception venue. We cannot control the winter roads, so please TAKE YOUR TIME AND DRIVE SLOW! We would rather have everyone arrive safe than on time due to roads.

Drive time can be double to triple what you think it may be if the roads are slippery/icy. We have allotted extra time due to this. According to Colin, "If you rarely drive on snow, just pretend you're taking your grandma to church. There's a platter of biscuits and 2 gallons of sweet tea in glass jars in the back seat. She's wearing a new dress and holding a crockpot fully of gravy."

For a couple that met dancing, we figured we better have a dance :)
