Each RSVP will have the names of the people who are invited to the wedding. While we would love to include everyone, due to the size of our venue and the plans we’ve already set in place, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests. We’re so excited to have you with us and appreciate your understanding!

The ceremony will start at approximately 4pm on Saturday, February 22nd at The Crossings in Carlsbad. Please arrive by 3:45pm to settle in before the ceremony. Following the ceremony will be a cocktail hour on the terrace followed by a reception in the lodge at The Crossings.

The Westin hotel is conveniently located within the same parking lot as the venue, making it easily walkable for everyone. Additionally, there's a complimentary shuttle service available for any destination within a 5-mile radius of the Westin. The Crossings also offers parking, and guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight if needed. We kindly ask that if you plan to drink and have brought a car, please consider leaving it parked overnight and using Uber or Lyft instead. Ensuring everyone's safety after the event is our top priority.

We kindly request that everyone arrives in semi-formal attire—dresses and suits are preferred. The wedding colors include sky blue, sage green, pale yellow, with touches of rose pink. While we'd love for you to wear something within this pastel/light color palette, please feel free to choose whatever color you prefer.

If you haven’t yet shared your dietary preferences from the Save the Date, please do so at your earliest convenience. We’ll be providing this information to our head chef before the wedding.

The ceremony as well as the cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be inside.

The wedding reception will end around 11pm. We will likely grab a drink in downtown Carlsbad afterwards, and everyone is more than welcome to join!

Yes, Thursday we will have a non-hosted cocktail hour from 5-7pm at the Westin Hotel. Friday there will be another non-hosted cocktail hour from 1-3pm at the Westin Hotel. Friday evening, feel free to join the wedding party at Burgeon Beer Company at 8:30pm after the rehearsal dinner commences. Sunday we will have a non-hosted brunch at the hotel. If you are joining for brunch, please let us know so we can include you in the head count.
