Nick and I officially met in our seventh grade math class. One lucky day, our teacher moved our seats so that we were next to each other. I still remember the big cheesy smile and wave Nick gave me as he sat down. It was love at first sight. For the rest of the school year, we were oblivious to the fondness we felt for one another. We secretly looked forward to the interactions we shared, every day.




Sadly, after seventh grade we did not have any more classes together, and stopped talking. But, for the next nine years, we would occasionally cross each other’s minds. After all of those years, we still had a soft spot for each-other. During my junior year of college, Nick messaged me to ask how I had been. At the time Nick was working full time and I was away at college. Between our busy schedules and the start of Covid, it took some time to reconnect. After many failed plans to meet up, we were finally able to go on a date. It was the first of many magical days.




After 10 years, Nick finally asked me to be his girlfriend on June 25, 2020. We spent all of our free time together. Our moments together fostered so much growth, individually and as a couple. As time went on, our lives became more and more shared. Soon everything was “us” and “we”. In September of 2021, we adopted our first dog Hale. The little family of our own was a welcomed peak at what our future could be like. On July 2, 2022, Nick and I took a weekend trip to the Poconos, where he proposed to me. It was the easiest yes of my life! A few months later we decided it was time to create a home, and on November 17th, 2022 we bought our house. Naturally, since we had all of this extra space, we decided to add the 4th member of our family, Honey.




We look forward to sharing the next big chapter of our lives with all our loved ones. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
