Please aim to arrive by 4 pm. Our ceremony will start right at 4:30, so we ask that you plan to arrive ahead of that time to allow the ceremony to start on time.

We have room blocks and discounted rates for two near by hotels. Check out the travel tab for more information regarding hotel booking.

Semi-formal attire.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Assuming the weather plays nice, we are planning on an outdoor ceremony. We will be able to move indoors if needed.

Yes! All wedding day activities will be at the Pinewood Weddings & Events Venue

Yes! There will be plenty of free, on-site parking for all of our guests.

If you need to get a ride home with someone else (safety first!), you can leave your car parked at the venue overnight. Cars will just need to be picked up before noon the next day.
