As Brooke donned her cap and gown, marking the culmination of her college journey, Austin too reached a significant milestone, officially becoming a journeyman lineman as he topped out in his apprenticeship.

With Brooke embarking on her teaching career at Chattaroy Elementary School and Austin securing a position at Avista Utilities, their professional endeavors mirrored their personal growth. Together, they embarked on a new chapter, intertwining their lives even more deeply. Spokane is the place that always felt like home to the both of them. This is when the big decision was made to start house hunting. 

Their shared dream of homeownership manifested in the form of a century-old farmhouse perched at the top of 5 Mile Road, a beacon of nostalgia and promise. As they poured their love and sweat into renovating the historic abode, each hammer strike and paint stroke echoed the unwavering dedication they held for each other and their shared future.

Amidst the chaos of renovations and the demands of their careers, one constant remained—their faithful companion, Bubba. With his wagging tail and unwavering loyalty, Bubba became not only a beloved pet but a cherished member of their growing family, enriching their lives with his boundless affection. 

Today, as the sun sets over the rolling hills surrounding their farmhouse, Brooke and Austin sit on the porch swing, hand in hand, reminiscing about their journey—the trials, the triumphs, and the unwavering love that carried them through it all.
