Our story starts back in 2021. We had been around each other for a while now considering that I (Brooke) had just moved on to Chris's sisters property. One night Chris and I were sitting fire side along with his brother and sister. After some conversation we realized that we would both be attending the same halloween party, so we decide to go together with a group of friends. That night is where our love story began.

After the night of the halloween party we never left each other's sides. We were together all day everyday. A couple of months had flown by since the the halloween party and Chris finally built up the nerve to ask me to be his girlfriend.

As time continued to move forward, and our relationship continued to grow, we decided to take the next step and move in together. At this point we were wasting to much money on gas and eating out we just decided to move in together and save our money! This also allowed us to see the limits of our relationship, and help us strengthen it.

Let's take a big jump in the "Brooke and Chris Love Timeline," and fast-forward to our one year anniversary! After the move in together we faced a lot of relationship testers such as job loss, my European get away, the loss of our childhood pets, and just learning how to exist in each other's space. However, we overcame any obstacle thrown our way, and we celebrated all of our successes together.

Now we have hit the point in our relationship where we have figured out that we are madly in love, and could totally see oursleves doing this whole "marriage thing". After we came to this realization we also had to reassure ourselves that we are adults now and this is totally acceptable. Growing up can be so strange and scary at times, but we are happy to have each other as we face these new and exciting times!

This photo was taken the day before we got engaged. The day before we decided to embark on this journey together. The day before we officially decided that we wanted forever with one another.

To say that our engagement was perfect is an understatement. Let me set the stage for you, we were on a beautiful beach in Greece, do I actually need to say more? Just that alone should give enough insight to how amazing this was. Anyways, we were in Greece, on a beach, taking photos by the clear calm water, when my amazing fiancé dropped to one knee. It was the easiest yes I have ever given. Our perfect little bubble got popped by the noise of everyone on the beach cheering for us, our engagement. It was like a movie. Now we get to celebrate our love with all of our favorite people, and we can't wait to see what that will bring!
