We have reserved rooms for this date for our wedding at the Urbana Inn and Suites in Urbana Iowa. We have blocked off rooms under “Brooke Toussaint and Connor Bodman Wedding”. This is 15 minutes from our venue as we know a lot of people will be traveling from afar to be there. So check in would be April 5, 2025 and check out being April 6, 2025. Those who would like to stay the night before can book that night as well.

When you call and book your room or rooms make sure to say you are under the Brooke Toussaint and Connor Bodman Wedding and give the dates of check in and check out. If you have any problems or questions please contact me immediately and I will help. Please book your rooms as soon as possible so we have a head count of how many more rooms we need to reserve! It is first come first serve, so I sent it to you and other priority wedding people first. If all rooms are booked, then you won't be able to stay in the same hotel with us, so I can’t stress enough to take a few minutes today to call. At the time of booking your room or rooms they will ask for your credit card, but you will NOT be charged until 24 hours before your stay.

If this hotel fills up, then we will need to use the other nearest hotel as well and can assess that if it comes to it. If you have time today please book your room. Once you have done so, send me a message letting me know that it’s done. Thank you and can’t wait to celebrate !!
