Yes, however it is a cash bar only. Beer, wine, and seltzers will be offered throughout the night through a cash bar ONLY.

At least 15-30 minutes EARLY. Guests should plan to arrive at 6:00pm to ensure time to walk in and get seated before the ceremony start time at 6:30pm.

Yes, we ask that all guests wear formal attire please.

Yes, your invite should have included your children’s names. We will have a coloring activity during the ceremony to occupy the kiddos during that time. There will be a kids buffet for dinner during the reception as well. We do ask that you do keep an eye on your own kiddos during the reception because the room is relatively spacious and we do not want any kids being left unattended!

During the ceremony, we are not allowing photos to be taken by cellphones. All cellphones will need to be put up during the ceremony, we hired a photographer to take all those pictures and that is his sole job! During the reception, feel free to take pictures with your cellphones but please stay out of the photographers way to ensure he can get the best photos for our special day!

Please, RSVP no later than September 7, 2024. We will have a seating chart for family so we will need to know who will be attending to make sure everyone has their seat reserved.

If you are allowed to bring a plus one, we have already included that person on your invitation. If your invite does not specifically say plus 1 or have your plus 1’s name on there, we ask that you do not bring anyone else due to the limited amount of food and seats that are reserved for everyone else invited.

You will have a few options for parking. The Crowne Plaza offers Valet parking. ~$38 day rate ~$50 overnight Valet parking which also includes in and out privileges. There is also a handful of parking garages surrounding the hotel such as, World of Wonders Garage, 0.5 miles The Moon Garage, 0.4 Miles Union Station Parking Garage Indiana Convention Center Gov Parking

Yes you may! We have a room block for the night of the wedding! You can find the information under the travel tab on our home website page! It includes our room block code and the discounted rate for the night of the wedding.

We will have a buffet style of food for the wedding.
