We are pleased to be able to assist you in preparing accommodations for your friends and family that will be traveling to the area. The block has been loaded into our Central Reservation System, therefore is open for guests to make reservations at any time up until the block is depleted or the cut-off date of February 21, 2026 has been achieved. There are a limited number of rooms within our Block at the Staybridge Suites Oconomowoc for the day before and the day of the event. It is imperative that you make hotel reservations before our Block Release Date of February 21, 2026. Once rooms are sold out and/or released to General Reservations the hotel will no longer offer the discounted rate. Reservations made outside of the block, after the release date or block sell-out, will be subject to minimum night stay requirements, at the prevailing retail rate. If you would like to arrive earlier than the days of our wedding block, please contact the hotel's sales department to arrange accommodations at 262.200.2900 ext. Guest Check-in is after 4:00PM on your reserved date of arrival. Early Check-in requests cannot be guaranteed on weekends from May through November, due to the volume of wedding accommodations reserved at the hotel each weekend. The Hotel will have an early arrival waitlist for Friday and Saturday, each weekend, during Wedding Season. Guests on the waitlist will receive early arrival priority. A $75 Early Check-in fee will be assessed for all reservations that are checked in before 4:00PM on the date of arrival. The hotel recommends booking the day before to ensure you have ample time to prepare for the day of the wedding. The hotel cannot guarantee that all Wedding Guests will be booked in the same area, based on room type requests and rooms that are available based on the time of your arrival to the hotel. Breakfast is included with your stay at the Staybridge Suites Milwaukee West with service from 6:30am-9:30am on Weekdays and 7:30am-10:30am on Saturday and Sunday. Guests can make reservations by phone through the hotel at 262.200.2900 or via our Central Reservations Department at 800.225.1237. They must request a room within the Walling-Jasinski Wedding Accommodations Block, Group Code: ZJW to receive a room within the block at the group rate. If after following instructions below, you are unable to book a room, please contact the hotel and ask to speak with the Hotel Sales, for additional assistance. Cancellation of any Block Reservation is required more than 3 Days in advance. Should a reservation be canceled less than 3 days before your arrival date a charge of the total stay plus tax will be applied to the Credit Card on file. All No Shows will be charged for the full amount of your reservation plus applicable tax.
