Please arrive at 3:30 in the afternoon. Arriving at least 30 minutes early for the ceremony will allow yourself time to sign our guest book and seat yourself. Ceremony will begin promptly at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

Emmett is a small town with one motel and one B&B, we are sure these will book very fast. There are surrounding towns with many options for accommodations. Ontario Oregon is about 30 minutes away from the venue, Star Idaho is 30 minutes, Eagle Idaho is about 40 minutes, Meridian and Boise are about 50 minutes. Please ensure you are aware of the distance when booking accommodations. Hotel recommendations can be found under the “Travel” tab on our website. Airbnb is also recommended.

The ceremony will be held outdoors in the sun! Sunglasses, hats, sunscreen, and bug spray are recommended. The reception will be held indoors with air conditioning. There will be seating for the reception both indoors and outdoors.

We want all our guest to be comfortable in what they are wearing, but invite you to dress up with us! semi-formal/casual. Parking is on a gravel lot and the ceremony will be on grass. Please note that there will be a photographer and videographer. If you would like to match our color pallet, our colors are dusty blue, and cream with gold accents.

Absolutely, we can't imagine our day without them! Please state how many children will be attending with you on your RSVP.

Yes. There will be a place to state your plus one when you RSVP

Please RSVP by June 1st. We will be unable to accommodate you if you do not RSVP by June 1st.

The closest airport to the venue will be the Boise Airport. Please note that the Boise airport is about an hour away from the venue site.
