What do I wear?

Our wedding is nice-casual! Remember it is October so the weather will be unpredictable. The ceremony is outside, how ever, cocktail hour and the reception are inside.

Where do I stay?

In the travel section of the website, I have added the information for several hotels/motels. We are NOT providing wedding blocks so it is best to reserve rooms ASAP. Also, please be aware that the hotels are a short distance away from the venue. You will require transportation if you choose to stay in a hotel.

What will we eat/drink?

There will be a light snack and beverages provided during cocktail hour. Dinner will start at 5:30pm. We are providing a pasta bar with several protein and sauce options. As well as a salad bar will all of the fixings and garlic bread.

Can we use our phones to take photos?

We kindly ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony. We have paid a professional photographer to take photos at this time. There will be the opportunity to take photos after the ceremony. However, we ask that you refrain from posting any photos on social media. We’d like to be the ones to post our own wedding photos.

Are children allowed?

We kindly ask that any child/children that are not addressed on your invitation do not attend our wedding. We have a determined number of people attending due to food quantity.

Where is the Wedding taking place?

Our wedding will be held at the Embarrass Timber Hall. The address can found on your invitation as well as the home page of our website.

What time should I arrive?

We ask that you try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to the ceremony to give ample time for seating.

Do I need cash for alcohol?

There will be an open mixed drink bar and a Bloody Mary bar. Drinks are on us but the hangover is on you. You are also welcome to bring your own preferred beverages. Please drink responsibly.

What will the day look like?

As the plan is now, we will have the ceremony, followed by the start of cocktail hour. During this time we will take family & bridal party photos and the bride and groom will sneak off to do a private photo session. After photos, the reception will start, followed by dinner, dessert, and dancing. Sounds like a good night!

What do I bring for a gift?

Please note that gift giving of any kind is totally optional and not expected. However, if you wish to give us a gift, we have a registry with Amazon. Monetary gifts are also appreciated.
