What is the dress code?

Will the ceremony & reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

Am I able to bring my children?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearer. We hope you’ll enjoy this as a special date night. Thank you for making arrangements in advance — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

How do I RSVP?

Please click the “RSVP” tab at the top of the page and enter one of the names listed on your invitation.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Kindly RSVP by May 2nd, 2026. This is a firm deadline. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend and will mark your response as “no.”

What should I do if I can't make it?

We will truly miss you! If you’re unable to attend, please let us know by submitting your regrets through the RSVP tab by May 2nd, 2026.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. If you have been given a plus one, their name will appear alongside yours when you RSVP.

I have a food allergy/dietary restrictions. Can I make a special request?

Yes! Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We will be serving plated entrées and want to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated.

Can I take pictures?

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony — no phones or cameras, please. Our professional photographers will capture this special moment, and we promise to share the photos with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take and share photos and videos! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos you'd like (and please share them with us!).

Where should I park?

Both St. William the Abbot and Douglaston Manor offer on-site parking. Parking will be free and easily accessible.

Are there any nearby hotels?

Yes! Please visit the “Travel” tab for recommended hotel accommodations.

Should I wear a certain color?

You’re welcome to wear any color you love (except white, of course!). We kindly ask that you avoid floral or summer prints and choose attire suitable for an elegant evening celebration.
