We crossed paths on Hinge, the app that's specifically designed to help people find meaningful connections.

Bruna: Haha, I have to admit, when I first stumbled upon his profile, my initial thought was, this profile isn't that interesting. However, he seemed to be my type and had a picture of himself in a stunning SUNFLOWER field in Kansas. I figured there was no harm in saying hello, so I sent him a message.

Alex: Initially, I had my doubts about her authenticity and wondered if she was just a Hinge bot. But her curly hair and infectious smile caught my attention, even though her reaching out to me made me question if she was a real person. LoL Anyway, I was completely smitten, and she had me hooked from her very first Hello.

Our first date after meeting online was absolutely fantastic. We spent over four hours together, talking about our families, our love for travel, our mutual love for pizza and beer. It was incredible how quickly we felt connected. This all happened a little less than 2 months before Alex moved to North Carolina to pursue his dreams of playing the bagpipes and working as a forester. After many visits between Georgia and North Carolina, Bruna decided to pack her bags and join him in the beautiful hills of Asheville one year later.

The rest, as they say, is history!

We are incredibly grateful for the love and support we receive from our family and friends. In 2022, we had the opportunity to take two major trips with our loved ones:

With the Ray's - We broke the ice in Iceland.

With the Lima's - We added some spice to our adventures in Brazil.

We are thrilled to continue our journey together and embark on the next chapter of our lives. Thank you for being a part of our joyous celebration as we officially unite in the fall of 2024.

Cruzamos caminhos no Hinge, o aplicativo projetado especificamente para ajudar as pessoas a encontrar conexões significativas.

Bruna: Haha, tenho que admitir, quando me deparei com o perfil dele pela primeira vez, meu pensamento inicial foi: esse perfil não é tão interessante. No entanto, ele parecia ser do meu tipo e tinha uma foto dele em um deslumbrante campo de GIRASSÓIS em Kansas. Eu pensei que não havia mal em dizer olá, então eu lhe enviei uma mensagem.

Alex: Inicialmente, eu tinha minhas dúvidas sobre sua autenticidade e me perguntava se ela era apenas um bot do Hinge. Mas seu cabelo cacheado e seu sorriso contagiante chamaram minha atenção, mesmo que ela ter me procurado tenha me feito questionar se ela era uma pessoa real. Haha De qualquer forma, eu estava completamente encantado, e ela me conquistou desde o seu primeiro Olá.

Nosso primeiro encontro depois de nos conhecermos online foi absolutamente fantástico. Passamos mais de quatro horas juntos, conversando sobre nossas famílias, nosso amor por viagens, nosso amor mútuo por pizza e cerveja. Foi incrível como nos sentimos conectados rapidamente. Tudo isso aconteceu um pouco menos de 2 meses antes de Alex se mudar para a Carolina do Norte para perseguir seus sonhos de tocar gaita de foles e trabalhar como florestal. Depois de muitas visitas entre a Geórgia e a Carolina do Norte, Bruna decidiu fazer as malas e se juntar a ele nas belas colinas de Asheville um ano depois.

O resto, como dizem, é história!

Somos incrivelmente gratos pelo amor e apoio que recebemos de nossa família e amigos. Em 2022, tivemos a oportunidade de fazer duas viagens importantes com nossos entes queridos:
